This by far the worst law firm I've dealt with. I dealt with Katherine Ettridge and she literally would not respond to me. I have to be chasing up several times for her to tell me that she can't assist. Please do not take out holiday insurance on Admiral it's absolute rubbish. I'll be taking this to the legal ombudsman and law society shortly.

It was the worst company ever, my visa case was dealt by Lisa Parsons and she was very incompetent. We were suggested a more expensive route because that brought them more profit. The company only cares for themselves. Avoid at all costs!

I believe reviews are life blood of society now and the experience I have received from Steven Thom at Blake Morgan is worthy of a positive review. Steven Thom is in my opinion one of most knowledge and productive solicitor I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Buy a property is easily one of the most stressful situations you could do in your life however with Steven helm there was nothing but comfort and support. He was always on hand through the whole transaction to offer advice and guidance.

Ultimately, his depth of knowledge and wealth of experience within conveyance meant the transaction came to a conclusion even with all the obstacles that we face selling and 1900's house and buying an off plan new build.

I agree with all reviewers who would like to rate this firm 0 stars. I am one of them, even though I had very lucky escape and at the end I did not use this firm. I got in touch with Blake Morgan in Sep last year and tried to appoint them as my solicitor to assist with property purchase. They advised on 24th Sep what forms/documents they require from me and I forwarded back all paperwork the following day, 25th Sep. After not hearing anything for a while, I called them on the 6th Oct and was informed I will receive Engagement letter by 7th Oct the latest. There was another radio silence from Blake Morgan, and I chased them again on the 8th Oct via email. And… I heard NOTHING since. I sent another email yesterday (18/02/21) just to say I successfully completed purchase without them. If they decided against representing me, I would had expected to be informed about it, not just be bluntly ignored. This is not an attitude of reliable and professional law firm. This is amateurish attitude of someone who doesn't care. Avoid.

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS FIRM! FRAUDSTERS!
I was Informed by an extremely young sounding female who had absolutely no experience in law I'm guessing was a receptionist who stated she would pass my call on and to hold. After making me wait 10 min she returned to tell me I would need to transfer £2500 + VAT to the firm's account before they would even look at basis of my issues needing legal representation. Upon informing her this is illegal she terminated the call promptly.

STAY AWAY! They are con artists!

They can not deliver the service they charge you for. Please don’t use them. They are scam and have no idea how to deal with cases. You will be very disappointed to see your time is wasted and no final decision or success in your case. They just empty your pockets. Be warned! They don’t even deserve the one star rating though. There is no option for zero star!
