Reasonable price. Purchase took longer than told from original enquiry. Arrogant attitude and told 'don't call us, we'll call you if there is anything to report' when I rang to speak to the solicitor with a question. I asked what was the next step (all a new experience to me) and was told to refer to the 'Timeline document' but I didn't know which stage we were up to in order to work that out. Could've been better at updating their clients considering I was paying for a service. Not very good at returning calls. All this makes for a negative experience.

This is the second time we have used Jonathan at Blain Boland to undertake the conveyancing of the sale of a property on our behalf. The service has been fantastic!
