They should close this place rough justice try and get your case transferred to a proper court in Newport or Cardiff . Magistrates are more concerned with going up Wetherspoons to spend their expenses .

Terrible service from this place, I sent my defense in via the post and via email, only to find it was not passed through to the judge on the hearing, I even informed her I had it with me Incase she didn't see it but she didn't want to know and was more concerned about other hearings after mine and my defense contained valuable information that would have helped with the outcome, and now I've got a couple of weeks to find a new house which is impossible in this current situation. The judge was also all for the landlord even when I brought the discrepancy up in the section 21 they wormed their way around it and threw my point out the window and sides with him again.

Useless if you ask me and people who works here needs to monitor the system so the judges can receive important information.

Tucked down a residential street there's no parking for the Court in itself, but the town Pay and Display is only a 2 minute walk away. Staff and Security are polite and friendly but knowledge of area's served is somewhat limited. I had to explain that I was in the right Court for a Possession order and talk the lady through the process initially. After this hiccup everything has been dealt with smoothly and without fuss. Not always the easiest place to reach on the phone, some days there's no answer and other days they pick up straight away.

All judges should read up on Disabilities before Hearings Epilepsy is a hidden Disability which should not be ridiculed by asking are you stumped when the person on Oath answers

Does anyone actually work in this building? Just wondering as I've sent numerous emails but haven't received replies and every time I phone I get a message telling me there's nobody available to take my call. Frustrating!
