Please Please do not use this firm. They signed my abusive EX partener's C100 forms on his 1st meeting to take me court without even contacting me for mediation. They then contacted me 24 Hrs after signing and handing the forms to him asking me to to pay £90 for a mediation after giving him the go ahead and bypass mediation. I contacted the so called mediator when they emailed me on the day to find out about it at no point did he say about signing the forms. Within 2hrs of my call with the so called mediator I then find out from my EX that the mediator had already signed for court forms and they had been handed in before even emailing me. I called the so called mediator back for a 2nd time who did not know what to say lets say it was like a Dear in head lights. Please keep away from this firm as they do not treat both parties equally.
