Rabia is a wonderful solicitor. I have seen many solicitors before her but she is the best one out of all.I have dealt with her on two occasion. She is brilliant and she knows all the Home office rules. She is very friendly and very helpful. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for immigration advice. Rabia has been absolutely amazing during my application for indefinite leave, particularly during the period of a pandemic, where there can be uncertainty around the process and risk of delay in outcome. However, this was not the case, as I was always kept informed about updates and Rabia made the whole process smooth.

Thanks Rabia for helping to achieve a positive outcome for our case.

We approached Rabia after two previous failed attempts to get my wife an entry clearance visa. At our first meeting Rabia was very reassuring, boosting moral that we would get a positive outcome this time; by clearly helping us to understand the nuances of the system and explaining how she would navigate these and what our role in the process would be. I left our first meeting feeling much happier and hopeful again.

During the process she was very proactive and gave thorough guidance on the evidence we needed to provide her in preparing our application. Rabi was very easy to contact the entire time, always responds to emails and queries quickly and was reassuring at every step.

After an extensive search for an immigration solicitor, I found Rabia Aleem in 2016. I needed to obtain a visa for my wife to join me in the UK and with Rabia’s knowledge and clear instructions we successfully received the visa that was required.
