I am currently dealing with Tara who has been absolutely excellent.
We were selling our flat in London and moving to Newport
Tara dealt with our sale which was convoluted due to a new lease extension and other issues.
Throughout this Tara has kept us up to date and has been extremely pleasant, professional and available.
The sale has now gone through and she is now dealing with our purchase.
I would highly recommend Wheelers Solicitors and we have really appreciated Tara's hard work throughout.

Very slow, and un responsive to emails or phone calls, wheelers are being used by the buyers but haven't responded to any requests from sellers solicitor or buyer themselves always being told Mr wheeler will call you but to no avail. Currently holding up an exchange and complete by not responding.

Edited: I appreciated the fast response of wheelers to this review. Unfortunately the review hasn't been read properly as the response asks for the seller to contact their own solicitor to get them to contact wheelers. But as stated this has already happened but no reply to the sellers solicitors or buyer. Hopefully they can start to respond to the sellers solicitors as quick as they have responded to this review

Awful experience with biscoes, £4000 for less than a month using them. They just try to milk as much money for as little work as possible. Never again.

At the moment they have been fantastic, we ate still using them for a house move now and in comparison to my last solicitor they have made the paperwork so simple and its was great that when we call a knowledgeable friendly person answers.
Masive good point is that when we had all the paperwork complete we could just drop it off in the shop and do our identification then rather than doing one of these silly online systems.
But I suppose a masive factor for choosing biscos is that for buying and selling a house they are quite reasonably priced.

Appalling Service, Slow to Action Request/(No Action) , Delayed Purchase This is not good service to report I am afraid, in-fact this is the first time I have ever had to write a poor google review. Today I called Wheelers solicitors to speak with my contact in regards to a delay with a property purchase, the young lady on the phone was excellent but upon coming back to me she explained my contact was TOO BUSY to take my call, disappointed I then asked to speak with Paul Wheeler himself, after coming back and forth and the call taking over 9 mins most of this on hold, I was advised Paul could not be located and I was assured of a return call, I spent 10 minutes composing an email to all within Wheelers and sent this email at 17:00hrs expressing my disappointment, I then receive an email, NOT A CALL from Mr Wheeler which read

"Thank you for copying me in your email just now. I am lietrally just leaving the office to pick up my wife waiting for me outside Sainsburys. I will call you when I get home"
