Had the pleasure of working with Shibli Begum and Jamie-Lee Loweth. Being an estate agent its always nice to have a solicitor who is available and quick acting. This awful company and associate company PJN legal refuse to accept their responsibility for my losing my employment and potentially costing me £750k. It has also left me mentally disabled with no future prospects. Please do not instruct this company on anything they biased and unfair in there approach to sensitive situations.
Update 17/10/23 - I was very much a customer of Birketts LLP and PJN and have proof of their appointment which I have used to justify this review on 2 occasions. They are just trying to avoid the inevitable but continue to choose the denial route to avoid any future compensation. Please learn form my horrible lesson dealing with this company.

I have had previous bad experiences with solicitors in the buying and selling process and I was recommended Shibli Begum, from Birketts LLP.
From start to finish she was professional, friendly, approachable and helpful. Her communication was effortless and timely and she informed and guided through each stage of the process. On the strength of her positive reviews, we specifically requested Emily Turner act for us in the purchase of our home between August-November 2022. It was the best decision we could have made - Emily made the buying process incredibly smooth and stress-free. As first time buyers, she took the time to explain everything to us, was incredibly patient, and was always on the end of the phone, or would answer emails within a couple of hours. Knowing friends and family whose house buying has been significantly delayed by unresponsive solicitors, I cannot praise Emily highly enough, and would recommend without any hesitation. We needed help with conveyancing on our property sale. Emily at Birketts had a really positive impact and removed a lot of the stress from this process. We have just relocated our family home and Emily Turner at Birketts LLP has been an absolutely fantastic solicitor supporting us with both our house sale and purchase. The process became more challenging than expected and I don't know what we would have done without Emilly.
