Bike Assist helped me following a motorcycle accident at the end of August 2024. I have to say I was a little nervous initially due to the lamentably slow response from the third parties insurer, but need not have been. Ms. Preet Dhillon dealt with the case and was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and she updated me regularly on events and advised me wisely. I recovered the cost of my insurance excess, clothing and helmet. Very disappointing efforts from this company. I had three different solicitors over a four and half year period with evidence and important information lost along the way and me having to try and find it again.. The third party admitted to the accident straight away after video evidence was supplied so why does the judicial system in this country take so long. I was lucky to be in a position to pay for physio and personal training but adding that up, the cost of living increases and some other expenses bike assist legal wouldn’t help me retrieve the eventual pay out was less.
I found Mark Seccombe helpful but Shabeena came across patronising on many occasions.
What a waste of time and money. I don’t suppose the legal departments on both sides were paid less than expected.

Bike assist were professional and gave me excellent legal services in pursuing my claim and they achieved an excellent outcome with which I was very happy.
The claim was complicated and too a long time because the other party was initially dishonest about the accident and then, once they admitted liability, their insurance company was slow to make an offer and their offers were unrealistically low. Bike Assist were undeterred and in the end managed to get a settlement we were satisfied with.
