There is a reason why BigHand has been voted top employer to work for. They care about staff, the well being and do a great deal for the wider community such as raising funds in support of charities and raising awareness. And of course they are industry leaders in their field of work such as task delegation, workflow, matter pricing and doc productivity.

Not very good support, they seem to fumble about not knowing what to do, We have "tried" to use their support on 3 occasions, 2 of the 3 we fixed ourselves because we got sick of waiting for them or they had no clue what they were doing so we just did it our self.

To say we pay a lot of money for support you would expect a good service, We have several vendor support contracts in place and i must admit Bighand Top the worst spot by some way!

We will certainly look for an alternative solution when our contract is up.

I still cant understand how staff supporting this simple piece of software struggle? If my support lads were as bad as these guys they would certainly get the sack!
