We used Beyond Legal for our first house purchase, so being new to the whole ordeal can be a bit daunting but Naomi was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole sale. I used Beyond Legal (Tiverton) twice in 2021 for a house sale and purchase, with Naomi Redman handling the conveyancng and Alison Slade in support. I always felt in expert hands; even when it was clear that they were extremely busy, I was always able to get answers to my questions and every detail was handled. The whole process felt very easy from my point of view. The sale in particular was part of a long chain which had some complications towards the end, but everything was ironed out quickly and I was kept updated, as needed, throughout. I would highly recommend Naomi and Alison and will be going back to them when it's time to move again.

Due to a delay in land registry registering our land our new mortgage was on hold. We finally had the go ahead about 2 days before the offer expired. I phoned and asked for some advice, i received a phone call back a couple of hours later from a very helpful chap who pointed me in the right direction. No business for them but they were still happy to give me their time.
