Their address in Beverley has changed to the new address in the attached photo. Anyway, I had a hard time finding them. I had a consultation that I couldn't get an appointment with. The lady told me that you have to book the appointment from our website, but she was very polite. I thank her. Knowing that I thought I would wait for a week until I go to them because they meet people one day a week. I didn't get help.

Rang up about universal credits. I was told tjat someone who specialises in universal credit will ring me back two weeks on no one ever rang

Waste of time, needed to speak to an actual person, but as usual these days only get the option "go on bloody line "!!! What's happened to REAL people? CAB never used to be like this, very disappointed.

Very helpful and friendly staff. If you have a problem worth having a word. I rang first then called to one of their drop in sessions.

Very poor service - building is cold and damp. Couple of members of staff in particular have been rude and disrespectful towards me in the past. Helpline never works and the volunteers that work there just provide general advice that can more or less be found online.
