I booked the sweeping of a single flu log burner. Jack phoned me back the same day to arrange an appointment within two working days. He attended promptly and was very courteous and considerate. Having swept the chimney he left the room in a very clean condition. I recommend this firm without hesitation and I will definitely book them in the future.

Great service .Jack was hard working willing and very polite. He spent a long time sorting the kitchen wood burner flue i don't think it had been sweeped for thirty years, yes Jack worked really hard and he kept to his word on price.I would certainly recommend him.

Received a card advertising his services. I phoned and asked him to contact me which he did promptly .

He came around and carried out an inspection and then swept the chimney . It was a very tidy neat job with no mess at all .
I would thoroughly recommend his business and intend to us his company again when needed .

i have had some unsatisfactory experiences
with chimney sweeps in the four years i have had my stove fitted quick efficient tidy good price I'm very pleased with there service will use them again highly recomend

I spoke to them and arranged a date for a chimney sweep to come round, sent them my contact details and waited for them to turn up.
They didn't turn up.
I phoned several times and couldn't get hold of them.
Not impressed.
