This is the second time I find myself using the services of Roger Sahota at Berkeley Square Solicitors. The first time for myself and the second time I recommended them to my family member AFTER he had already engaged with another law firm. I could already tell immediately after the police interview that this other law firm just weren't offering the same level of service and care that I had experienced with BSS previously.

Sure enough, a year went past and we received a letter saying that my family member was going to be charged. So I called up Roger and asked if he would take the case. He did and along with Patrick O'Hanlon worked tirelessly to get the CPS to see sense and drop the ridiculous charges against my family member.

This should never have gone as far as it did. It went that far because my family didn't realise it would escalate like it did and initially engaged with a free lawyer that didn't really care. My advice to anyone in a similar situation is that you get what you pay for and these lawyers are worth every penny. You won't regret going to them and getting the best possible defence you can.
