I had the worst experience ever and would definitely not recommend it to anyone who likes a smooth process. Every time someone else was dealing with my purchase and that has became very messy, poor communication well if there was any. No responding to emails like at all or returning calls when they say they would (and I’m not the chasing type of person) Only John then kindly stepped in and finally communicated with me towards the end when I was about to just drop it and move on. Even the seller agent was shocked and sorry for referring them to me. Got keys 2 weeks later because Rachel who’s been in charge at the time did not bother to communicate even though both parties were trying to complete. I got my keys at 5pm of course missing my flight because Ella forgot to send the money in the morning as she promised she would. £100 fine as they forgot to update HMRC, Jodie took care of that but then my service charges I needed to pay everything upfront for the rest of the year as they forgot to send some paperwork to the management company. Now they request £120 for a direct debit that has got nothing to do with me. Oh yeah and for all this they charged me extra £700 then the original quote was. Shocking honestly. This is just a little bit of my wonderful experience with Berensens solicitors.

We had been recommended speaking to Berensens by a friend who had recently used their services in a house purchase. I had initial reservations as the house-move was not local to their premises but i am so pleased we booked them. Prompt, courteous, responsive and helpful, meant what can be a stressful experience was seamless. The Estate Agent themselves remarked at how simple and swift everything had been. I cannot recommend Carinna Parsons and her team highly enough.
