Prior to contacting Benchmark Solicitors, I had an agent who helped me rent our house out as we were travelling. From the onset the rent was always late to the extent, the tentants stopped paying rent and our mortgage started falling into arrears. After all the monies paid to the agent as their fees, it was evident they didn't have a clue as how to get the tenants out of the property. Friends started telling horror stories about how long it will take for us to get our property back or even might not get it again. The agent at this stage, after giving us so many false advices came out plain and told us to seek legal advice.

Thank God I went to see Paul Rogers. From the day I met with Paul all what he said to me in terms of the procedure and processes wer spot on. We had a very complicated and antagonistic neighbour/leasehold dispute which required legal expertise to define the issues, and then conduct a negotiation process in an attempt to resolve it.

The dispute went on for more than a year and without Benchmark, and in particular Mr Paul Rogers, we would have been at the mercy of the other parties. He was a a model of calm, sensible, logical advice. We found the same in his associates.

Mr Rogers and Benchmark were always willing to go the extra mile without costing us exorbitant fees. In fact, their bill was more than reasonable considering the work and length of time involved.

Even though our dispute was not resolved, we feel the defence of our interests was critical and prevented an implicit threat to our home.
