We had the pleasure of renting a lovely home through Belvoir King’s Lynn for the past five years, and our experience has been nothing short of excellent.

From the outset, we were supported by Alison and Emma, and more recently by Annie—all of whom have been consistently professional, respectful, and attentive. Any maintenance issues, though rare due to the property being in very good condition, were always handled promptly and efficiently. We are also very grateful to our landlord, who was equally cooperative whenever servicing was required.

It truly was a happy home for us—a place where we felt settled and secure, which allowed us to save and eventually take the exciting step of purchasing our own home.

We sincerely hope the next tenants will look after the house as lovingly as we did, and that it brings them just as much comfort and joy.

To be really honest, my encounter with this agency was nothing short of outstanding. The team at the King's Lynn office, headed up by Alison Richardson, have been nothing less than exceptional during our time with them. Alison, in particular, has been outstanding in every aspect of property management. We have, both rented a property through her, and for the last 8 years let 2 house through her. Knowing how particular she was when we rented gave us total confidence and comfort than anyone renting would be properly vetted and the property inspected at regular intervals, backed up by reports back to us on the property's condition. This has allowed any remedial work to be carried out immediately which she has arranged through her contacts. Definitely worth every penny of the commission we pay her.
