After spending over three decades away from Kilmarnock, I recently found myself needing legal assistance in the area to arrange Power of Attorney (PoA) for my mum. It was a daunting task—not just emotionally, but also logistically. Being so far removed from Kilmarnock, I had no idea where to turn or who to trust.

He kindly visited my mum at home, knowing she uses a wheelchair, which made a world of difference to us both.

Dylan handled everything from start to finish, making the process of securing PoA completely seamless. Thanks to him, we had everything in place quickly, giving me tremendous peace of mind.

I would thoroughly recommend Bell and Co and Dylan Woods in particular. Dylan had helped update wills for my elderly parents and he visited them at home and was so kind to them. They felt cared for and not just a business case.
Sadly, and unexpectedly, my dad passed away just after mum was admitted to a care home. We contacted Dylan to say what had happened, and he couldn’t have done more for our family. The process was complicated due to mums health condition and Dylan was fantastic at explaining everything and helping us get through it all. He also helped with the house sale and that was a smooth process.
