While searching for reliable and compassionate home care for my mom, I discovered Be Well Care Ltd in Henley-upon-Thames. From the start, I was impressed by their friendly and genuine team. They prioritize my mom’s needs and ensure she can do things her way, which is important as she’s super independent and young at heart.

The team at Be Well Care truly understands her unique lifestyle, supporting her trendy fashion sense and decision-making. Their strong local connections promote community companionship and integration with services, which my mom absolutely loves. It’s fantastic that they made it so accessible within 24 hours, allowing us to start with just half an hour a day and gradually increase as needed.

I appreciate the variety of services they offer, from nursing to personal care, and even live-in care if we need to travel. It’s reassuring to know she’ll be well taken care of at all times. The entire process, from enquiry to the first meeting, felt safe and natural, like chatting with an old friend.

Home care with Be Well Care has proven to be more flexible and surprisingly affordable compared to a care home. Plus my mom doesn't really need around the clock assistance atm. This was our first experience with home care, and we’re pleasantly surprised by how flexible, accessible, and quick it is to arrange domiciliary care.

My mother has had continual excellent care from Be Well Care. The managers know the clients and they advise the next of kin immediately if the carers report anything they are worried about. All the carers are wonderful and they treat mum as a friend. There is never a feeling that they are rushing and always take time to interact. They have also been very supportive of the family. When I was informed the current lovely carers we had for my mum (in my experience incredibly rare to have) could not take her on as a long-term client due to distance and staff shortage (my mum needs 2 carers for 4 visits a day!) I was filled with dread! I couldn't believe how lucky we'd been to have our then care package in didn't believe we could have such amazing care a second time but sure enough BeWell took on my mum and we can not believe how blessed we are. Not only are each and every carer wonderful, kind, efficient, professional, helpful not to mention consistent time keeping (my biggest worry!) the list goes on.......I have had experience with various care packages over the years, not just through my mum but I have my own cleaning business and through this I have various elderly clients most of whom have carers - this is why I can speak with such conviction and confidence at how highly I regard BeWell! Be Well Care have been a great help and support in looking after our Dad. Nothing is too much trouble. I can message with any new updates and I always get a prompt reply by return. All the carers are very professional, friendly and cheerful. Both myself and my brother feel reassured that our Dad is being looked after well.

Be Well Care have been looking after Dad for a number of years. They provide professional, compassionate care tailored to each individual. Dad has four visits a day from Be Well carers which means Dad can live independently in his own home. They provide a wonderful service from preparing breakfast, personal care and administering medication to doing laundry and shopping, all carried out with great patience and a smile! We as a family are always updated as to Dad’s health and welfare and his care plan is reviewed regularly. We find the Access Care Planning app Be Well use incredibly useful as it regularly updates us on his care and well being. I would recommend Be Well to any family requiring care for elderly relatives. I am very pleased with the wonderful service provided by the Be Well Care team for my elderly father. The carers are always professional, kind and caring and are aware of his individual likes and dislikes, making his day run very smoothly. They are respectful and compassionate too and often make valuable suggestions to assist Dad with his daily routine. The carers and office staff are very good at liasing with me over Dad's well being day to day and reporting any unusual health occurrences. I would have no hesitation in recommending Be Well Care to anyone seeking support with elderly relatives.

Be Well Care provided day support for my Father who was caring for my elderly blind mother. They were careful to assess the needs required and very safety conscious. The staff always tuend up as required and planned. Towards the end of my Mum's life they also provided waking night care - again reliable and very caring. When the carer realised it was my Mum's 96th birthday she went out after her shift finished and returned later with a bunch of flowers! Very kind and the carers really do care.
