Exceptional Hardship Case

I was heading for employment and financial disaster but Bobby really came good.
My expectations were a 6 month ban which would have honestly resulted in loss of job and then the snowball effect; loss of house, financial instability etc.

I was massively nervous on the day but with Bobbys preparation, advise and clear communicative manor in the court room, I walked away with a relatively small fine and no ban.

Bobby is excellent at communicating, no leaving messages with receptionists and not being kept in the loop, you deal directly with him. As well as being very knowledgeable and and expert in his field, he is also great at how to deal with the CPS.

In addition, Bobby is very realistic with what can happen with your case and doesn't make any un realistic promises.

Bobby is brilliant! He listened carefully to my story, and he immediately worked out what was best for me and informed me he felt he could help me and why. It is obvious that he knows the system, the law, and the way that a courtroom typically responds extremely well. He used this to full effect with me, whilst remaining the consummate professional. We only received CPS paperwork the day before I was due in court but this did not phase Bobby. Bobby successfully achieved the best possible outcome for me in my recent 'totting up' case at Sheffield Magistrates Court - May 2021.

With 9 points already on my license dating back to 2018, I had been driving like a saint for two years. Unfortunately mid 2020 I missed a 50mph limit sign on an unfamiliar motorway which had variable speed restrictions in force and I was flashed whilst travelling at 70... d'oh!

Working in construction I travel the length and breadth of the country daily, the prospect of losing my license would have meant losing my job and inability to care for elderly parents.

With stress levels through the roof, I engaged Bobby to handle this case and he did so with complete professionalism and care. He is clearly very experienced with these matters and despite being no doubt very busy due to his track record of success, he offered a very personal level of service that put me at ease throughout the exceptionally long 13 month process (Covid-19 court delays).

Communication was excellent throughout, all emails and queries professionally answered in timely manner and without a tone of telling you what you want to hear. In court Bobby was equally professional and has a great talent for remembering and confidently presenting every detail of a defendant's case to the Magistrates after having only hearing them once.

The outcome of the case was additional points and a fine, with my license retained. I cannot fault any part of the service I have received from Bobby and I would not hesitate in hiring him again if I ever find myself in that situation again (hopefully never!).

Having someone with you in court on your side who knows far more about the process than you ever will is worth the fee alone.

I found myself in an unfortunate position whereby someone had used one of the company cars and incurred a speeding penalty which inevitably, we struggled to properly identify the correct driver at the time. This resulted in a late submission, and I was personally facing a huge fine and an MS90 against my driving licence which would have had a significant impact on both me personally and the business. I have found Bobby online and after reading all reviews decided to appoint him to represent my case. I was facing totting up ban. I am MD of small company. We provide glass office partitioning and refurbishment for clients throughout Yorkshire. I contacted Bobby at BB Law after an online search for motoring specialists. I left it to virtually the last minute before contacting him, and despite this he was friendly but professional and talked through the options available to me and gave me realistic expectations as to the probable outcome of my case.
