Adam Shirley has been the worst solicitor to deal with ever. Never returns voicemails or emails and works at his speed - which is extremely slow. If you’re looking for a someone to use to buy or sell your property, then do you self a favour and look for someone else. This guy is an absolute insult to his peers!

Shocking experience of Bawtrees. Outstanding case with them since late 2021!!! And still not resolved! No reply to emails or follow ups. Beyond a joke now. Issued a formal complaint and still no reply from them. Do not go near them. They’ll take your money and not do their job.

Old school solicitors with clients at the heart of their service. Ours was not the easiest of conveyances but was made difficult by solicitors acting for the purchasers. Paul is experienced, patient and level headed, and certainly needed to be right to the end. Coleen, his assistant, always friendly and helpful. Together they did their utmost for us throughout this stressful time and they were genuine, down to earth people.

I recently used Bawtrees' conveyancing services for my house sale and purchase and was very pleased with the service provided. Paul was generally easy to contact, particularly as exchange and completion dates drew near, and I felt took a genuine interest in my transaction. I would give 5 stars were it not for the fact that Paul appears not to communicate directly with estate agents. Overall would certainly recommend.
