The service I received from start to finish was exceptional, with the report itself detailed with the accompanying photographs of areas of concern, both now and in the future beyond helpful. The use of a drone to obtain photos of hard to reach places was invaluable. The survey was competitively priced too. The company provided a prompt and professional condition survey of a house I was proposing to purchase in the north Leeds area. The survey was comprehensive with the use of drones to provide visual inspection of of otherwise inaccessible roofs and gutters. Extensive photographic records were provided in support of the report. Unfortunately, the results of the survey led to my purchase offer on the property being withdrawn, but the company dealt with the situation professionally and with proper consideration of client confidentiality.
