Clive and his team are fantastic, really responsive and well-organised. Huge wealth of conveyancing experience and it shows. Our house sale and onward purchase was handled well, with sound and sensible suggestions/advice when required. We found we were never the rate-limiting step in the chain because Lewes Smith were so efficient. Always a pleasure to talk to on the phone and incredibly responsive to emails etc. My family have used Lewes Smith for house sales and purchases (of varying complexities) over a number of years and we have never been let down. Lewes Smith helped us with both our sale and purchase. Because it involved management agents in both transactions this made it a more complicated process. The team at Lewes Smith were efficient, informative, very helpful and also responsive to queries or concerns at all times . Clive and his team are brilliant. I am a conveyancing solicitor and work with Clive on transactions a lot - it is always a joy.
