I got my sponsor declaration from here. Customer service is okay. The reception area is a bit weird not welcoming it’s like you’re a criminal. Might be because it’s based on soho road lol .Not seen a Solictor reception like that before though. Not sure why the lady took my son’s name and didn’t put it on the declaration. Felt like she was being a bit noisy when I never saw her for the sponsor. Anyway overall not bad place

Really poor quality customer service. Been a client of bassi solicitors for 20 years. The new staff deepak has employed are rude arrogant and full of attitude Really disappointed this time and not letting me speak to deepak murria. Before the appointment was made i was told that they looked at my document which I sent to them via WhatsApp last week and they said everything was fine and they can do the pape worm I needed done when I get there the staff denied what they had said. My Family has been clients of bassi solicitors limited since the late 90s and for the staff refusing me to speak to deepak murria was disappointing. Highly recommended. My husband and I had left everything in their hands. They dealt with everything. They told us clearly from day one what to expect and how to deal with matters if needed to. They have been honest all the way and not hid any information from us.
