Amazing garage. Genuine and honest which can be hard to find these days. Nothing is too much trouble for the reception staff and mechanics. Communication is outstanding. Would highly recommend. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Good experience! Clutch replacement plus MOT, pick up the car the following day heard a bit of noise straight away sent it back have a look and fixed a bit pricey but hey i understand its 2024 hoping for a discount as new customer here but ..anyway car problem done! Customer service excellent 2 receptionist accomodating too? im asian and they treat me as regular customer some other not, thank you Bartley Green Garage

We’ve never had anything but fantastic service here. My husband has been coming for his MOT and service since we moved to the area in 2019. When I got my first car this year, it was a no brainer that I’d come here for my MOT too. Unfortunately my car failed due to a leak in the brake fluid line which had leaked brake fluid over my rear brake pads. They stripped the pads, replaced the leaky part and cleaned up my brake pads. As a first time car owner, I was expecting a huge bill, but including the MOT it came to a little over £100! I was beyond thrilled! They really went the extra mile to clean the pads instead of just performing a more costly replacement.

Today I called in on my way home from work to see about booking in next week. There was an odd clunking sound coming from my exhaust I’d only recently noticed. Matty took a look at it straight away and found the exhaust had broken. He welded it and repaired it for me. I also mentioned I’d noticed water in the spare wheel well and he drained it and showed me how to maintain it in the future. Amazing service! And then when I asked him how much I owed he wouldn’t even let me pay for it!

Sadly you hear a lot of stories of other garages taking advantage of novice and/or female car owners, and recommending unnecessary repairs just to make a quick buck. I’m glad to say I’ve never had that experience with Bartley Green Service Centre and have always felt looked after and had the staff provide the very best of care and service. I won’t take my car anywhere else!

Edit 29.07.24 - Just wanted to add to my previous review. I was booked in for my MOT tomorrow but yesterday heard odd noise coming from my exhaust on the way home. I stopped and checked it to see it was wobbling/loose. I drove it to the Service Centre as it is on my way home and left it on their carpark rather than risk driving any further than absolutely necessary. Popped in this morning to take the key and ask them to take a look. Despite being fully booked they fitted a new exhaust as mine had fully corroded and broken and even brought my MOT forward into a cancellation slot. I ended up getting my car back fully fixed and MOT passed in 6 hours on a fully booked day! I absolutely cannot fault the service I get here every single time we’ve brought either mine or my husband’s car. It does make me wonder if it those 1 star reviews are talking about the same business!

had ball joints done on my mothers car friday, had to call RAC due to the fact that the ball joint had not been screwed on correctly and had fallen off. RAC stated that we could have died due to how unsafe it was and dangerous i am absolutely disgusted in the position we are in. don’t take your car here guys unless you want a death wish.

Our tires were changed by this centre into an old flat tires. Our original tires are Michelins and Good year, it was gone after MOT there!

Absolutely amazing service from both the girls on reception and mechanics. They received my car with a damaged wheel and had this repaired within hours. The Following day had to take my car back for a slight noise which they corrected again the same day and even fitted an alternator belt which was needed. Would 100% recommend this garage for there promptness, honesty and great service. Thank you again ?

Took my vehicle to these guys for repairs.
Did a good job fast turn around on the repairs.
Although the vehicle had to be returned a few days after repairs due to the same issue im truly impressed how polite and how fast they once again resolved the issue.

Only thing i could knock is both times i took the vehicle in i had half a tank of fuel once returned to me having close to none.

I never thought I would be writing this review. My family have been using this garage for years. However the service I received for the past week has been the most stressful ever. I will never go to this garage again. Sent my vehicle for an MOT. Which it failed, fair enough got a list of all the jobs that needed doing and told to buy the parts on Ebay as they dont have an account no more. With a cost to fit them so expensive. All parts delivered and completed by another garage that were way cheaper than them. Took it back Monday to fail again to be told brake calliper is bad. Left with the van to have a new calliper fitted. Returned the following day to be told failed. Cable is now bad. Brought new cables, took back this morning failed. To be told cable needs adjustment but cant do it, will call when they can. Took my van to another garage straight after. Van passed MOT, with none of the advisories they stated. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
