Instructing Bartletts (Nicholas Street office) was the most expensive mistake of my life. Five long months to complete on a straight-forward, no chain sale. Absolutely abysmal on every level with mistakes, incompetence, forgetfulness and disorganisation every step of the way. Avoid at all cost! Mr Bartlett should be enjoying his retirement rather than messing up people's property sales.

Not good at all at Conveyancing. Frustrating experience. House was in no chain and being bought by first time buyers so would have thought it couldn’t be easier than that. Should have used the conveyancing linked to the estate agent.
