Potential tenants beware!

I’ve been renting a flat with Barthlomews and it has been an utterly stressful experience. I regret to have moved in and engaged with these unprofessional people.
The office and team are disorganised, rude, unhelpful and negligent.
In my experience, they have neglected and ignored months of reports of damp issues. (Adding photos of what they have left my bedroom looking like for over a month! Already after months of chasing). The mould in our kitchen has not even been attempted to be fixed for over 2 years.
The team and property managers and uncommunicative and are “on holiday” whenever you call the office.

The awful experience culminated with a sale of our block of flats and the agents are withholding information. There has been zero communication and transparency from Barthlomews, leaving dozens of people living in our building at a loss as to the future of their housing!

Please save yourself the stress and money and go for another property manager, a primary school child would be more competent than Barthlomews.
