Having been unjustly attacked by Saffron housing and Long Stratton police abusing their authority I was charged with malicious communication , having told them in mental distress they were evil scum , for what they were doing to me. I was impressed at the professional way Peter dealt with my problem.
I remember feeling more confident having met Peter , an intelligent good man I thought .
. Saffron housing dropped the prosecution soon followed by the local police . I considered the charges themselves a crime against me .
I,m sure had it got to court Peter would have exposed them during questioning , why I believe they dropped the charges .

That which seemed somewhat disconcertingly lacking in cordiality, was more than compensated for in the courtroom: Mr Barricella is top-drawer when and where it matters.
It was the most lenient sentence possible, wholly due to his intervention in the hearing.

Not great solicitors was no good in court. Plus they show a incorrect address under different name. Arrange legal visits just to have a moan about phone calls. And legal aid pays for this. Laughable.

I ended up facing an unjustified criminal charge in magistrates court. The duty solicitor was David Allan, and represented me. He was very reassuring and knowledgeable, and advised me on exactly how to proceed. Following his advice, I appeared at Crown Court, where Peter Spary represented me and placed an application to dismiss, with an expectation that the crown would drop the case before the next court date. This is exactly what happened. Peter was exemplary, and his manner was very reassuring. He also displayed an excellent sense of humour which helped enormously to counter a stressful situation.
