My name is Michael.

Some years ago I decided that it was imperative that I make a Will.
I had met several solicitors to discuss the fine details of what I wanted.
To be completely honest , I found that all of the solicitors to be incompetent and greedy when I came to giving advice and answering any detailed questions.
Without exception, every solicitor that I spoke with, has actually put me off making a Will.
It was like they were dictating their agenda to me for their benefit and not listening to what I wanted.

If I have to be blunt , then I have to say that Eli Pressman's knowledge and expertise in his specialist field , actually puts the majority of solicitors to shame.

The bottom line is this.
If you want a truly bespoke estate planning service of complete peace of mind and most importantly , an estate planner that knows the laws of estate planning that the majority of solicitors either have not kept up to date with or they simply do not advise you of.
Then you simply must never settle for anything less than the best.

And what you have worked hard for all of your life and own.
It is only right and proper that your estate is lock tight safe and protected and passed on to those who you want to receive your estate without any avenues where a jealous party could mount a challenge if there was the slightest avenue that was left open and unprotected.

In October 2022, Barnet Wills ('BW') was instructed by a family friend to apply for and register an LPA regarding her seriously-ill 95 year-old father. The registered document was sent out by the Office of the Public Guardian ('OPG') to BW on 11 August 2023, together with a confirmation letter from the OPG to my friend. There then followed several desperate phone calls from my friend to BW, in which they denied ever receiving the LPA. It was only on 20 September, when my friend informed BW that her father was waiting to be transferred to a local hospice and had also threatened to report BW to the OPG, that BW decided to search their office and low and behold, managed to locate the LPA within the hour. It was hand-delivered to my friend the following morning .
