She really is so good at her job explaining everything and she really put my mind at rest. You could not ask for anything better. Thank you so much for everything Kayleigh you are amazing.

I have had emails regarding an affordability claim on one of my vehicles which I never agreed to. Also using ACTION NEEDED as the title. Find this to be an intimidation tactic.

I have 3 claims with Barings law , it’s been over 6 months now and no results whatsoever. The worst bit is they blocked my phone number , they send me emails with some sort of progress , but they got the reg on two of my cars wrong several times , I had to call and correct them few times on the mistakes that they have made on my psp cases . And now they have blocked my phone number so I can’t call and ask if there is progress on any of my claims and if there is what is it . They are very hard to communicate with , and before they blocked my phone number every time I call they will give me wrong and different response on the same issue. I don’t recommend them . Stay away from that firm . Bunch of amateurs !

These lot promised me they will come back to me in 10 working days regarding 5 claims I have with them on PCP. I just tried to call them and can’t get through. It is worrying because they are quick in calling you to take on your claim and quick in mentioning cooling off period deadlines, however in regards to results it’s the saying
“ how long is a piece of string “ ?

Stay away from this form you’ve been warned ! I’ve had a PPI claim for car finace going on for over a year now . I’ve given them bank statements, the car finance aggrements multiple times through out the year , I’ve give them my clear score / Experian files and nothing after almost a year . When you ask what’s going on you just seem too get fed aload off balony and when you say I’ll just go else where it’s not a problem they then threating too bill you for the work done so far ( all though most off these operate on a no win no fee basis ) guys think we all need too get together on this one as we may have a separate law case on our hands with the very firm that’s supposedly fighting our case for us . No dounbt I’m now gonna get threatend with a bill after they read this . Just stay clear I’m sure loads people in the same boat but not everyone writes reviews ! Something very very dodgy going on here !

Don’t trust any of the good reviews on this company as all the reviewers have only one review , which seem a bit funny. Very unprofessional. Stay away. Signed up for a no win no fee. Cause they couldn’t get the information from the company, hounded me for information which I don’t have due to the length of time it happened and now want me to pay for their fees, cause they can’t get the contract from the third party. They want me to call the company to get the contract. I’ve signed a LOA document to say they working on behalf of myself and as a law company can’t even get access to documentation from third party. These aren’t lawyers, these are form filling idiots. That can’t do the job. And trying to make us pay. YOU SHOULD REPSUE THE THIRD PARTY COMPANY FOR INFORMATION NOT THE GUY PAYING FOR YOUR WAGES.

Not happy with how this is turning out.

I was told after sending my commission appeal and affordability appeal for my Ford Fiesta on PCP that they were going to give a response to Barings Law in 8 days this was november the 19th haven't heard anything from barings and i've rang up loads of times and been ✋ palmed off. Surely you can send a letter to them saying why you haven't got back at 8 days. I know there's a 8 week period to consolidate if i get compensation or not but they haven't even reached out in 8 days.

If they haven't reached out in 8 days they are definitely not going to consolidate the compensation in 8 weeks.

I've literally just got off the phone to barings and they attitude i was given because i ring up every other day is appalling tbh.

" as you been made aware many many times " is what i got.

I told them i'm going to be ringing up everyday because not hearing anything back after 8 days is break protocol and really the company should send out a letter. I've done everything my end so i expect the same. Just feel like i'm getting palmed off everytime i speak to this company i understand fully there rules and protocols and court cases that are in place but 3-4 years of this is appalling tbh.
