Such a poor service, used them in 2016 as did many on our estate and have since found out they incorrectly advised over ground rent, misled us re the situation with the freehold (basically did not advise us the freeholder was missing, did not correctly inform prior who asked prior to purchase if they could buy their freehold) and glossed over the government white paper on leasehold issues, merely sending a link to the paper and making out the only issue was that leasehold sale may be banned in the future. We were incentivised by Stewart Milne to use them and there is clearly a reason for this. Obusdman did award a small sum to me in agreement that elements of their service was poor. Do not use.
