I have had very good experience with Bank Solicitors in the one meeting I have had so far.
The frontline staff are pleasant and welcoming. The senior Partner Stephen is very warm and approachable. He is very patient with your Queries and very generous with his time.
I have dealt with other Solicitors before and sometimes have been left disillusioned But Banks and Stephen have restored my faith in the legal profession!

I was looking for some advice on Estate Planning (wills etc) and approached Bank Solicitors in Bromsgrove - hadn’t used them before. I was offered a free 30 minute appointment with an experienced solicitor and I have to say the advice to myself and my wife around Wills, Will Trusts and Tenants in Common was invaluable. Sobea (solicitor) and Hayley (paralegal) were professional, friendly and, above all, explained things in an easy to understand way. I am intending to engage Bank to move things forward for us over the next few weeks.

Banks solicitors in Bromsgrove were recommended to us by Bromsgrove Citizens Advice in January 2021 and I have to say it has been an excellent recommendation. Our court case has been long and drawn out but their attention to detail has been over and above all expectations. We were assigned a solicitor from the very beginning who was tentative and supportive and provided us with manageable budgeting costs and monthly invoices which has showed a breakdown of work carried out which has really helped to see what you are paying for. I have used other solicitors before but I have never had, and I'm sure others haven't had monthly statements clearly setting out figures and costs.. Unlike most solicitors Banks also kept their emails short, precise and phone calls to a minimum to keep our costs down and once they had all the information they needed only liaised if they really had to. They really do just get on with the job which is so refreshing. I wish to thank Sobea and her team for their meticulous service. Customer service is commendable and legal knowledge supportive. They offer good quality, are responsive, professional and offer good value and we highly recommend their services to anyone looking for good lawyers. We got all our costs back which goes to show what a good lawyer can do and We would not have had such a successful outcome without them on board.

After getting some pretty expensive conveyancing quotes I called Banks. Their pricing is very competitive and they got my business. I have to say after previously using a couple of other well know local solicitors and being far from impressed, I did not expect much more. How wrong was I. My chap, Jamie Callaghan was 'only' a trainee solicitor but his professional conduct and communication were first rate. I could not fault the service supplied. Emails and calls responded to instantly. I knew exactly what was going on and never had to chase. So good I recommended to my estate agent who was equally impressed. We will definitely use Banks in the future and will recommend to all. Thank you.

Having had several experiences with other firms in Bromsgrove and being left less than impressed what a refreshing change it was to meet with Sobea and her team, my only regret is that I didn't go to them first! Straight talking and very knowledgeable everyone at Banks Solicitors is first class and I was fully informed every step of the way through email, calls and face to face meetings. All questions were answered quickly and their advice was always given with my best interest in mind to achieve the best possible outcome. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I can not praise them enough, very professional and efficient! I moved to Bank solicitors after I got so fed with the lack of communication and professionalism from another firm and so glad I did! Jamie dealt with our sale from beginning till the end and he was really easy to reach and I could speak to him any day , anytime unlike lot of other firms out there who prefer to deal with via emails or their secretary’s . He was very proactive and professional throughout and I must say that this has to be my best experience of conveyencing so far. Thank you so much Jamie! You are a real asset to this firm. We had to pull out of a purchase of a bungalow about a year ago because of your incompetence, taking so long, refusing to respond to phone calls etc, £250 + vat for a simple indemnity policy, as opposed to other solicitors who told us they would charge £90 + vat. we paid our deposit and heard no more than 12 months later we get a bill for the full amount plus the indemnity we don't need (normal solicitors purchase indemnities on exchange but not these clowns).it's taken 12 months to send a bill, nearly as long as it took us to get hold of a solicitor to discuss our purchase. Worst solicitors we have ever come across. DO NOT INSTRUCT THEM. EDIT: Their unprofessional and incorrect reply was "we couldn't afford the mortgage", we purchased a house £50,000 more than the offer we had accepted on the bungalow so it couldn't be further from the truth. And we used a solicitors that only took 3 months, shows how long they took, they have stated themselves they took 7 months and weren't close to completing the purchase.
