I have used Bana Vaid on three occasions now and I am so happy with the outcome of each time I have used this solicitors for conveyancing.
They communicate well and get the job done.
Nicky is especially tenacious and definitely ensures everyone is on "the same page".
My last buy and sell transaction was very "touch and go" towards the end but knowing how important completion dates were to myself and my elderly mum Nicky pulled out all the stops and thanks to her we moved to a wonderful place and we are living our best lives(mum is 91!)

Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We were buying from a building company and they wanted a very quick turnaround. They were so fantastic even the estate agent we were buying from said how thorough and on the ball they were. They kept us updated all the time and it went so smoothly. We were buying and selling and our solicitors were on top of it all. Highly recommend and can not fault one thing and it helped they were such lovely people. Fantastic

I found Bana Vaid great to work with. I really felt they had my best interests at heart. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I found Nicky great to deal with, extremely personable and relatable which is exactly what you want when going through the stress in moving. This is the second time we have used Bana Vaid & Associates for conveyancing and they were efficient and professional both times. My primary contact was Nicky and I found her no nonsense, slightly abrupt manner refreshing and reassuring. Her instructions were clear and concise, there was no need for discussion or for me to waste my time or their time checking if things were done. We started the legal process on the 13th May 2021 and completed on the 28th June 2021. I can recommend Bana Vaid & Associates.

Manjit is very unprofessional, the firm charged us almost £500 in additional fees and refused to communicate with us any further. Save your money and go to someone else.

Think twice before signing on these women. The owner has high blood pressure and temperament. Zero customer service skills and very rude.
