Ritchie was recommended through a friend. He is so good- gives such unbiased and honest advise as both a mortgage and financial advisor. He does his research, is realistic and even though he works on commission (meaning you don’t need to pay a huge fee) it is clear this doesn’t impact his advice. You aren’t talking to just a mortgage advisor but also someone knowledgeable about all aspects of buying a house and cares about you and your finances. 10/10 🫶🏼

Ritchie has been helping us with getting our first mortgage.
