Lauren Scott was an absolute delight. We were purchasing our first home (after two falling through) and Lauren made the whole process so much easier than expected, she kept us in the loop at all time, she was super efficient especially as we had a timeline we needed to try match! She was super kind, extremely professional and made the whole process easy. I cannot thank her enough. The solicitors offer an app which allows messaging / a timeline update etc which was super useful and easy to use. Couldn’t recommend using Awdry Law more!

[Chippenham area] Highly recommended, reasonably priced. I used Awdry Law for my first home purchase, a cohabitation agreement and soon to use for my will - Lauren was extremely helpful and efficient as a conveyancer, with plenty of advice and response to questions. Frances has been very useful when talking me through my cohabitation agreement and very prompt at dealing with any information or questions I have provided. They have definitely eased the anxiety of buying a house.
