Initially the sale of the property that I was selling as an executor was relatively straight forward. Samuel Palmer-Swain handled everything efficiently keeping myself and Declan Hayes informed of progress and communication with the estate agents. Towards the end of the sale when there was an issue which might have caused a problem Declan met with me to explain the possible implications for me, allowing me to make a considered decision with which I felt comfortable.
