I tried to leave them once and Mr Ahmed assured me that he will personally take charge of my case, at the time I thought wow, that must mean that I’m going to get a professional service, let’s put it this way, when he says that you will find out tomorrow when your appointment will be, he means that it’s about 2 months down the line and you have to call and text at least a dozen times before we actually book the appointment! When Mr Ahmed says that he will get back to you the same day about an issue, he actually means 3/4 weeks later and a dozen messages later ! You make up your Owen mind

Never seen any worst service than this. If they have a court hearing scheduled with you and in between they get another fact finding hearing (where they can more money) they will sell you to another XYZ form. No replies on time, once you pay them then forget your work or any reply

If I could, I would give less than 0 stars. At the beginning he seems to be very friendly and professional willing to help you like your brother and after few months when he got his money he wont even reply your text making up any kind of excuses. He wasted a year of my life. The day he finally gave me my biometrics it was the last available day so I had to rush. He doesnt care about anyone and he does not understand your worries and stress. Please don't waste your time and money.
