Recently sold a property using ATM, nothing short of abysmal customer service, half way through sale doubled the quote for work as hadn’t realised my property was a 50/50 shared ownership so final bill 1,400£.
Was told on numerous occasions to contact the housing association involved myself regarding queries, what was I paying them for, documents sent to wrong address on a few occasions.
Dealt with a number of different staff members over the period of time it took to complete the sale as previous members of staff had left!! This for me in itself says a lot, high staff turn over is not a good sign !!
Finally completion day came and all the settlement figures were incorrect and once again I was told to contact the housing association if I wasn’t satisfied, I did this to be told my solicitor had interpreted the figures wrong!!!!
No apologies from the solicitor and settlement went from 5k to nearly double!!
I wonder who would have benefited from the other half if I hadn’t of questioned the amount and how long I would have been fighting to get the full amount owed to me!!
I have bought and sold 6 houses in my life and never had such poor, unprofessional service from a solicitor.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I paid for a service to acquire a property. The transaction did not continue and ATM have unlawfully held my funds in their client account beyond a reasonable time. After confirming my bank details by email and by phone, I am yet to receive the funds back to my account.

I met Rizwan when my tier 1 entrepreneur extension was due. I received a great support from Rizwan and I was granted an extension for tier 1. With Rizwan's guidance and support I also got Indefinite leave to remain and then British Citizenship. He will give you impartial and right advice. He knows what he is doing and he doesn't shoot arrows in the dark. Most people fill in the wrong forms and later say sorry to you. Your one stop place for all your immigration needs.
