Great customer service, couldn’t ask for more. We hired a scooter to take on holiday and I stupidly left the key at home. Quick phone call to Simon and spare key arrived next day by post.

My wife phoned up for some new batteries for her mobility scooter,gave all the relevant details about the batteries she needed, was told yes we have them, went to collect them he brought out batteries that didn't even look like the one6we wanted?

Great customer service. Phoned with a brief inquiry about a perching stool for my mum. The guy I spoke with was really understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful. It's like they're helping you shoulder the stress of caring as well as providing stuff you need. My mum's occupational therapist rated the quality of their equipment as exactly what they recommend too, so yeah, they're doing everything right. Thank you, and good luck in 2022 🙂

Never, ever again! Like another reviewer has said, a total rip off! You do not quote an initial figure, and then change it twice to a higher price (started at £97.50 and went up to £120), or if you do, you should keep the customer informed of any changes in cost, before presenting them with the final bill, so they can decide whether they wish to go ahead. That is just polite/officiant customer service, not rocket science!!!

Fantastic Service from start to finish! Don’t know how I would have coped post Op without the kit I got from these guys! Can’t recommend them highly enough! Local with great customer services, usually hard to find these days!

very helpful . saved me a heap of money with advice over the phone. i was ready to get a new motor and have a full diagnostic check but after explaining my problem the advice i was given solved the issue...would recommend .. after phoning many other places to be told you did not buy it from us we cant help you...Atlas were the only people to offer help...Thank you Atlas...
