God knows how this solicitors has such a high star rating as I found them to be truly awful to deal with. Wouldn’t answer for weeks. Didn’t explain legal terms or conditions. Tried to complete sale on a bank holiday! Instructed the mortgage company of incorrect sale date so I ended up having to pay the shortfall two weeks after selling the property! Didn’t even apologise for their error! Would never use them again. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.
