UPDATE on my review under: We have finally finished the process of selling my Mum's bungalow, following her earlier purchse in a Retirement Village. We had a previous buyer drop out at the last minute.... but we have now had a seamless sale with Nishad and her amazing helpers pushing it across the line. Through the whole process Nishad has been on the end of the phone answering queries promptly and doing a fantastic job. I recommend this lovely little practice to you unreservedly.

My Mum recently bought a flat in a Retirement Village - Nishad and Annie very kindly looked after the conveyancing - it was really complex and frustrating for us all as there were 2 other sets of solicitors involved in the process! We couldn't have had a better experience - my word were they are on the ball! The advice, hand-holding and attention to detail was outstanding - and all done with a smile and a positivity which I believe is hard to find these days. Cannot thank them enough - we came to the Conveyancing through their partner, Bruce Laird, who looked after all of Mum's Power of Attorney paperwork and her Will - such a lovely man, who was sensitive and helpful in every way - they really are a One Stop Shop and it is nice to know that all matters legal are under one roof. Felt we really got to know all the staff and they had our backs all the way.

I saw Ms Akram this week to help me with an identity check. She was lovely. The check ended up taking much longer and being much more complex than we expected. It was supposed to take 5 minutes and took an hour. She was extremely patient as we worked through it and was very helpful. She was very tolerant of my kids getting bored and impatient. My little one was able to use the toilets. The other staff were kind and helpful too. A1 service, really nice people.
