Michael Clarkson at Assurewills has been excellent in helping update my will recently. He aided me in re-drafting my will five years ago and I returned to Assurewills recently for Michael to help update my will again, have a Letter of Wishes drafted, and arrange for my estate to be held in Trust after my death.
Michael was endlessly patient with me, talking to me and then answering all my emails with the endless queries I had.
I wanted to make absolutely sure that my daughter, grandchildren and any future great grandchildren would be the only possible beneficiaries of my estate and it's been a huge relief to know my estate will be held in Trust for the trustees I have chosen to distribute to my beneficiaries at the appropriate time.
My daughter will be contacting Michael Clarkson at Assurewills in the near future to arrange similar updating of her and her husband's will. I can highly recommend him
