Don’t use them
They take your money and don’t provide the service they offer.
After years of paying for their “will” service. I asked for the hard copy which they promised to send but I never received.

Personally I wouldn't give them one star but this is the lowest I can give. Over 30 calls and messages left. 6 emails sent and not a reply concerning my Will. Quick enough to take my money when setting up the Will.

No star. 3 years have passed since my dear friend has died and I am still trying to reach this company to notify them so I can get access to my friend's will. I have send them countless of emails and I haven't had a single response from them to any of the emails. I am living abroad and I can't afford to call from abroad, that's why I've only contacted them via email. Till now I haven't recived response from them yet. So rude!!!!

They are really efficient at selling their services but then try to contact them and it is impossible! I have tried since last November lost count on how many messages I have left and no one comes back. If anything happened to me how would me executors get hold of my will? A complete con and waste of money

My local Estate Planner (John) arranged to see us at our home address in Colchester in an evening which was very convenient for me, as I work Monday to Friday. Throughout the appointment he was professional, polite and very informative about the whole process of will making and gave invaluable advice about many things including exposure to inheritance tax and care home fees.
Despite my initial reservations, I have nothing but praise for Assist Law, who have been superb throughout the whole process, and we received our completed wills in a very timely manner.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Assist Law, and particularly John, who has been invaluable to us.

I wanted a will and used Assist Law. They sent one of their team out for a home visit. He was very knowledgeable and really put me at ease about the whole process. Got the will back on time as promised. Was a great reliable service. I would definitely recommend any one who wants a straightforward will writing service to use this company.

Nuisance calls from this firm. Call centre staff lie to you. I called off a private number and "James" said he would remove me from their call list using the number I called from and hung up on me. He must have magical powers. Wouldn't answer the phone when I tried calling back so I couldn't access their services even if I wanted to. AVOID!!!!!

Bought a will with Assist law over 3 years ago.
Have tried over the past 2 months to contact to change yet nobody replies via their contact form or email address.

Disappointed that I have paid for a life time service yet they cannot provide it.
