Improved Communication and Great Service from Jess at Aspire People

After my initial frustrations with Aspire People, I’m happy to say that my experience has significantly improved. Sophie reached out to apologise for the lack of communication, explaining that the reason behind it was personal circumstances and as a result, my new consultant, Jess, has been assigned to me. Jess has been a credit to the team—always prompt, professional, and proactive in offering work opportunities.

I’m grateful for the positive changes and Jess’s dedication to making things right. Aspire People is now responsive, and I feel confident in their commitment to providing a good service. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Aspire Teaching Recruitment Agency, particularly with Danny, who was responsible for handling my registration. He put me through a great deal of difficulty during the process and completely failed to find any work for me. What made the situation even worse was the unsupportive nature of the staff around him, who seemed to follow his negative attitude toward me without any valid reason.

Danny was a cold-hearted consultant who caused me significant mental agitation and anxiety, without offering any valid reasons for his horrible behavior. The compliance team was equally unhelpful, and even when I raised concerns with the branch manager, nothing changed. It was clear that I was being marginalized and treated with prejudice throughout the process.

The lack of professionalism and support from this agency was unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to avoid Aspire Teaching Recruitment Agency at all costs.
