Some years back I approached this company to represent me in a legal matter with a former employer who was victimising me after I raised a grevance against them.

I was charged a considerable amount of money by them to send a letter to my former employer to say that they where now representing me in relation to this matter

Yet the solicitor I was dealing with in relation to this matter for some reason didn't instruct me that I was obliged to inform my former employer that I had asked this company to contact them on my behalf to have the matter addressed.

My former employer then sent them a reply via email, which they forwarded to me to say that they don't deal with 3rd parties, so this company then told me there was nothing more that they could do for me adding to my already considerable stress.

When I instructed a new legal firm to represent me in relation to this matter, they told me that I was obliged to inform my former employer at that time that this company were representing me.

So I can only say that based on my experience which is pertinent to how I felt my matter was handled by them at that time I won't ever use them again for anything as this left a very bad taste for me.

Others might have had a better experience than me but I wasn't very happy with the way I felt they handled my matter at that time.

We have just used Aspen Morris as the conveyancer lawyers on our first house purchase in London.

We could not speak more highly of this firm and Eirini in particular. Everyone we spoke to said buying a house is stressful because you have to spend so much time chasing and nudging lawyers on agents. This was so far from our experience! Eirini was super responsive, really clear in her comms (in particular answering my many questions) and got everything done at pace and to high quality.
