I am reading all these positive reviews here, and I would like to say the same about Anna Montgomery’s services, but unfortunately, I can’t. Anna was handling the consent order for me, and I was charged a significant amount of money. From the very beginning, there were issues.

Firstly, the financial remedy order letter wasn’t written as requested, and I had to request amendments. Once the document was finally correct and everything was ready, I was instructed to send everything to the court. However, Mrs. Anna provided me with the wrong address, resulting in a six-month delay waiting for nothing. When I inquired about how long I would need to wait for the court’s decision, her answer was simply “long.” This was very little support considering I paid £1740 for her service!

After some time, I discovered that my document had been sent to the wrong PO post box. Then, she asked me to send another set of paperwork to the court via email and post (correct address this time).

Subsequently, the court contacted me asking for the D81 form, a document I had never seen before. When I asked Mrs. Anna about it, she claimed she had sent it to me and that I never returned it, which was untrue. I followed all of her instructions meticulously. She tried to blame me for the delays, asserting it was my fault.

Once court received all my documents finally, it took ONLY 4 weeks to get the decision and close the case!!!

The truth is, if Mrs. Anna has too much on her plate, she shouldn’t take on more cases. I’m a single parent, and it wasn’t easy for me to pay that amount of money for her service. I thought, given her great reviews, that I would be in good hands. I was wrong. Mrs. Anna Montgomery never even admitted to messing up my case or apologized. This demonstrates a lack of professionalism and poor customer service.

I understand that this is a business, but we are all humans. I would not recommend her services to anyone.

The response to my review is filled with inaccuracies. The situation wasn't as you described, and it's clear you're trying to present things in a more favorable light. That's fine; I don't expect my review to change much given the generally positive reviews you have. I suppose I just wasn't as fortunate.
