If I could give this a zero stars I would. Basically booked an appointment with Cheryl at least a year ago. Told us we were gonna be accepted for a mortgage and she'd get back to us with a lender the following Tuesday. That was a complete lie. Everytime I got in touch she was either still working out the figures or off sick or on holiday. Over a year later she still hasn't been in touch. Basically fobbed us off. Went to Ashtons and they told us everything we needed to know in a single phone call. If I'd have paid fees I'd be taking them to court right now. Highly unreccommend. These people just fob you off.
