Not a good solicitors. Very unprofessional, calls go unanswered, emails ignored. I had to chase them constantly to get anything done and even then they took over a year to get a basic case filed. At the end of it all they had never invoiced me for their “services”. 9 months later I got a court ordered payment requested through the post, the only contact id had form them, with interest attempted to be added on and “admin” fees from them. Whatever you do, avoid this place. They are awful.

I have had a nightmare tenants for nearly 2 years! I must say that the receptionist Rhoda, and Chloe have been absolutely amazing ! they have both given me so much advice and nothing is too much trouble for them as I am not very good on the Internet, they always reply or phone me and have finally got me my possession order for my nightmare tenants!! Unfortunately they still haven’t gone so now they are helping me with the bailiffs. I can’t thank these girls enough and would highly recommend them to everyone .
