As a company and with our property companies we've always used Ashley Alexander for commercial property matters, now for several years and always found them very responsive, practical and competitive on fees. The guys there are great to work with since they seek to explain legal terms in simple commercial language and dispel some of the legal myths, unlike some lawyers we've known in the past who shroud legal work in mystery and charge more for doing so.
