Purchase an beautiful vintage bike lovely and easy to cycle..And all the staff are are very helpful and friendly.. this is my second purchase of an bike Ashgrove cycles to which my daughter in law is enjoying cycling my first purchase now..so I highly recommended Ashgrove if you are looking to purchase an new bike..

Bought my 5 year old a bike here and within 2 weeks I had to email them that the pedals were falling off and then the handle bars were dropping and my child got injured due to this , the bike was far from built for purpose and had more defects that were of safety concern , I requested money back as I did not want another bike of same and was met with what I could describe as rude , ignorant and vile people shouting and being abusive . This results in us having to accept a replacement which turned into us having to contact reading standards to finally get a bike near 2 months later .
I would avoid this store and should you not want to believe what you read you will in fact find yourself on here writing a review of same . We also purchased a go kart which also broke and the promise of a replacement chain and when collecting the bike it was threw at us leaving us to bring the go kart else where to be fixed .

I have purchased 2 bikes for my son from here. Always fabulous service and the gentleman took ages working with my son to get the bike suited to him. Made the mistake of going to Halford, paid £500 for a bike for my 8 year old son's birthday and I have had nothing but bother. Highly recommend here.

on Thursday i took my new e-mtb in to have the brakes adjusted. Went for a ride on saturday and noticed a slight vibration when braking. Did not think much about it, as brakes sometimes vibrate when wet.
Cleaned bike on sunday and did a general check and found the screws on the rear brake caliper were completely lose.
Obviously forgotten to tighten up when Ashgrove Cycles adjusted the brakes!
