Highly recommended. Don’t hesitate to use this garage. Very friendly, professional and trustworthy. Have taken my car here many times. Most recently I needed a new tyre and they fitted me in last minute. I wouldn’t go any where elsewhere

Fantastic garage and really helpful. As a woman it can be unnerving going into a garage but the guys seem really genuine and not trying to fleece you like some other places. It’s not my nearest garage, but I’ll go out of my way to go to them every time. I even called up to ask for advice about a new car I was buying and they were super helpful.

Good garage. Had service and MOT. Friendly and good customer service. Keep you informed throughout the process. No unnecessary 'extras'. Genuinely care for your car. Cannot praise these guys highly enough!

Had an absolute nightmare recently where my car broke down badly on a Sunday evening, and I had to get AA to tow it. I asked them to tow it to ASG without being able to confirm it was ok first as it was Sunday. No problem at all!

They took a look at it on Monday, and diagnosed the problem which unfortunately was terminal for my car, meaning either new engine or scrap, but they didn't charge me anything for this diagnosis.

Stuart was very kind, explaining my options and putting no pressure on me at all to get my dead car out of their yard while I thought about it, despite it being a very busy yard.
In the meantime, he squeezed my girlfriends car in for a few jobs and MOT so that we would have one reliable working vehicle, which was all done by the end of the Tuesday!

Car stuff is so stressful when it goes wrong, especially with the cost of living being the way it is and so many unscrupulous crooks in the industry who look at you like a walking £ sign. Not the case with ASG!
This situation was so much less stressful and expensive than it might have been, thanks to having a trustworthy mechanic who gave me advice based on my best interests, and went the extra mile to take care of me.

On our way to Norfolk on holiday and issues with gearbox (only 3rd and 4th gear), called Stuart and took it straight in to them and had it fixed within 20 mins even though he was extremely busy! Great garage and great team ☺️ Thanks so much, beer and biscuits on way.

Nice one 4 motor traders mate cheers but U changed my inner & outer tracks got the tracking right the second time then notes I believe I always undo the brake discs screws all round I know they seize up were they would of took the front wheel off to do the tracks I think they is dishonesty and lack of transparency when U say to your customer my partner was there they tried to get the brake discs screws out but couldn't & I look at the passenger side & found they tried or started to drill the screw out & then would smash the old brake disc off to get screws out what about the poor wheel bearing.
But look he not putting replacement of inner & outer new parts means easyier to do as only got to undo two nuts outer & inner plus there's new parts on the vehicle to do the tracking wouldn't take so long but ruin my front tyres in the mean time because of the new parts now who do u think is guilty about theses brake disc screws saying I can't do my job properly blaming me who is guilty & very rude to me telling me my job & offered to do the job with no discount on there mistakes now I have 2 fix there mistakes. I like I'm a child on the phone to as well on here I felt humiliated & intimidated & judge & customer should not be treated this why allways customer first in my opinion I allways do or very unprofessional.
